About Sanford Meisner: He is one of the most influential acting teachers of the 20th century; his method focuses on real interactions and reacting “here and now.”
About me: I am a certified teacher of Sanford Meisner's technique (Meisner Institute Los Angeles). In 2020 I earned a Doctor of Arts degree in theatre at the Aleksander Zelwerowicz National Academy of Dramatic Art in Warsaw. I work professionally in theatre and teach at the Acting Study — I run practical workshops and small exercise groups.
