This is an intensive day of work with a teacher of the Meisner technique accredited by the Meisner Institute in Los Angeles. During this course you will learn basic exercises that step by step teach you to follow your own instincts, set boundaries, build deep contact with a scene partner and use emotions that arise in the creative process. As a result, you will take a step toward expressive and authentic acting.
During the workshop you will delve into the repetition exercise, which will become the foundation of your further work. You will develop self-awareness, the ability to collaborate with other artists, and begin to explore your unique acting style.
