About the event

Hello! I am Daria Lobanova, a psychotherapist specializing in the Gestalt approach. I work with teenagers, adults, couples, and groups, and I also have over 10 years of experience in education and culture in Ukraine and Poland. I invite teenagers aged 11–18 to the Psychological Club — a space where you can: - Communicate and make friends - Explore yourself - Develop social skills and emotional intelligence - Receive support and share it with others What awaits you: - Group discussions in a circle (with the possibility of individual consultations) - Psychological games - Art therapy, body-oriented, and music practices - Movie screenings with discussions - Thematic seminars: assertiveness, psychological self-help, stress management, non-violent communication, online safety, bullying prevention, sexual education (age-appropriate) For older teenagers (15–18 years) — additionally: - Career guidance and life path selection - Identity formation - Searching for and realizing career dreams - Overview of the Polish education system (high schools, vocational schools, universities, exams, admissions) 📅 Format and conditions: - October — May - Warsaw (near Centrum Nauki Kopernik metro station) - Younger group (11–14 years): Friday, 15:30–17:00 - Older group (15–18 years): Saturday, 12:00–13:30 💰 Cost: 250 PLN/month (weekly meetings) From time to time, we will go beyond the office — to nature, cinema, museums, and integration holiday events.
