Deliberative debates are a new tool that can achieve better results in dialogue between parties who disagree on a topic or need/want to make a joint decision on an issue with many, sometimes differing, aspects. Our course is a three-day meeting with deliberative theory and practice. On the first day, participants become familiar with the necessary theoretical foundations that allow them to consciously use deliberative dialogue tools. We thoroughly analyze the triad: Expert Knowledge - Revealing Self-Interest - Working with Emotions. This helps to understand the specificity of these debates, which, unlike many previous methods, do not exclude the positive participation of participants' emotions. We also learn about the limitations and challenges of this method to be able to respond to them when working with a group. The remaining two days are spent practicing deliberative dialogue in the safe space of the training room. Participants take on different roles and case studies to better understand the perspectives that may be present during the process they lead. Each participant will receive the necessary feedback and support. The Level I course lasts 21 clock hours and ends with the issuance of a certificate. For a month after the course ends, participants can benefit from additional individual consultations. ✨ Number of places: 8 💰 Price: 2000 PLN (can be paid in two installments).
