Creating a group - spending quality time, developing basic acting skills, and producing a performance based on conversations, discussions, joint explorations, and improvisations. We will explore, improvise, talk, ask questions, and search for themes to address in the final showcase. We will draw inspiration from poetry, visual arts, sound, experiences, and our own creativity. WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW? - The cycle includes 20 workshop meetings. Each workshop lasts 1.5 hours. - The group will consist of approximately 12 people. - The theme of the showcase is chosen collectively from several proposed by the instructor and participants. - We work democratically, but the final decision rests with the instructor. The chosen theme is explored, improvised, and fragments of the script are written, but the instructor creates the final piece by combining materials developed during the sessions. STAGES: - 23.09, 30.09 - group formation, integration - 7.10, 14.10, 21.10, 28.10 – stage warm-up - theater games and activities, improvisation, body, movement, and imagination - 04.11, 11.11, 18.11, 25.11 - workshops around the chosen theme for the showcase - 02.12, 09.12, 16.12, 23.12 - working on the script, text work, character creation - 06.01, 13.01, 20.01, 27.01 - showcase preparation, rehearsals - 3.02, 10.02* - showcase (February – date to be determined) – dress rehearsal, rehearsal at the showcase venue*, showcase ABOUT ME: I am a theater pedagogue, theater instructor, Polish philologist, and cultural animator. I specialize in creative work with teams. I conduct creative facilitation, creative writing workshops, theater workshops, integration, and team-building activities. I design spaces for dialogue. I share my experience and knowledge. I strongly believe in the value of building relationships, teamwork, and creativity.
