MOTHERS IN MOTION - open workshops Movement workshops with time for conversation and a bit of theory. Prepared especially for all mothers who want to feel their bodies. No movement experience is required, and there is no obligation to participate in the entire cycle; you can come to individual meetings. It consumes our resources and energy, and also puts a significant physical strain on us. The aim of the workshops is joint movement practice, during which we will focus on our bodies, their strength and health, and the creative resources we have regardless of the moment we are in. The classes take place in the safe environment of a group of women with similar experiences, which gives us a sense of freedom and openness. We care about movement that is pleasant, healthy, and functional for our bodies. We will look at our needs, draw from our experiences, but impose nothing. The priority is no pressure and the pleasure of time for oneself among other women-mothers. __________ MOTHERS IN MOTION Vol. 2 is a socio-artistic project built on the personal experiences of Krakow women - mothers of young children, aimed at a wide audience. The project is carried out by the Crush On Trash Foundation in cooperation with the Krakow Choreographic Centre - Nowa Huta Cultural Centre with the participation of mothers from the Krakow dance community.
