We invite you to participate in a series of workshop meetings for parents The workshops are intended for people who: - want to better understand themselves and their child, - want to build more conscious and authentic relationships in the family, - sometimes feel helpless, overwhelmed or lost in everyday parenting, - need a moment to pause, reflect and find inspiration on their parenting journey. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ What is this series about? - topics and goals The aim of the meetings is to create a friendly space for sharing experiences, pausing, reflecting, seeking inspiration and building skills useful in everyday family life. During the workshops, we discuss, among others, topics related to: - building relationships with your child, - emotions and boundaries, - what we bring into relationships, the roles we take on and how this affects those close to us, - overload and self-care. Participation in the series gives you the opportunity to discover new aspects of yourself and return to everyday life with greater awareness, gentleness and agency. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ How do we work? - practice and meeting format The meetings also include a practical part. Experiential exercises allow you to work on specific situations and build tools useful for everyday parenting challenges. We meet in an intimate, fixed group. This format allows you to experience that other parents face similar difficulties, while fostering mutual inspiration and a new perspective on your own daily life. Meeting formula: - The first hour is devoted to sharing and exchanging, and the second to working on a selected topic using workshop elements and psychoeducation. - We accompany with mindfulness, acceptance and curiosity, following what is alive and important in the group. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Facilitators Natalia Kiedyk - I am a teacher of various age groups, a special educator, a historian of philosophy and a psychotherapist. I have trained and work in the psychodynamic approach. For over ten years I have worked with children, adolescents and their families in both educational and therapeutic contexts. Combining these perspectives and roles convinces me of the similarities between children and adults. I believe that these interpenetrating "worlds" give each other enormous value. Monika Koruba - I am a psychotherapist certified by the European Association for Gestalt Therapy (EAGT). I completed comprehensive training at the Institute of Integral Gestalt Psychotherapy. I work with adults, accompanying them in developmental and therapeutic processes. For years I have supported parents—individually and in groups—by leading developmental meetings and support groups. Motherhood shows me how diverse and full of emotions everyday parenting can be. I believe that change is born in relationship—with mindfulness and respect for each person's individual path. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 🆓 Free introductory workshop Before the start of the series, we warmly invite you to a free, two-hour workshop "Let's Do Something Good with Anger". This is a non-binding meeting where you can get to know us, feel the atmosphere of our work and check if this form of developmental contact is supportive for you. During the workshop, we will, among other things: - look at where anger comes from and what function it serves, - recognize what most often triggers it in the relationship with your child, - examine your own reactions and habitual strategies for coping with tension, - learn to express anger constructively, - practice short, practical ways to regulate tension in difficult moments. 📅 The workshop will take place on Wednesday, 07.01.2026, from 18:00–20:00 at the Bogdan Jański Primary School in Krakow. Participation in the workshop is free, but due to a limited number of places, registration is required.
