Hi there! We would like to invite you to the Doro Gymnastics workshops, which will take place in our box on the following dates: 📅 13.09 Level 1 📅 25.10 Level 2 📅 29.11 Level 3 The description of each level is available on the event page. Doro Gymnastics workshops are practical training sessions in functional gymnastics, divided into 3 levels of advancement, during which: - you will learn new skills based on progressions - you will discover methods for scaling advanced exercises - you will learn how to identify mistakes and effectively eliminate them - you will understand the benefits of joint mobilization - you will master spotting techniques - you will learn the basics of gymnastics training programming 💰 Cost per level: - 390 PLN for the first 10 people who sign up for the workshops - 450 PLN regular price 💰 When signing up for all 3 levels, the promotional price is 1000 PLN – offer available only for the first 10 people.
