Ladies and Gentlemen, You are invited to another stroll. This time we will walk through Praga following a route from Różyc to Nowa Praga. We'll take some side streets and share a variety of stories. There is no shortage of stories about Praga — about its origins, about Różyc himself, about trade and thieves, about trams and railways. And there will also be wars, rooms, rivers of alcohol and lampreys. As you can see, this promises to be quite an attraction.
A double bonus is that spring is slowly coming, meaning warmer temperatures and maybe a sprinkling of sunshine. Joining our walk will be Mr. Heniek Małolepszy — a local community figure, musician and storyteller; a guarantee of singing and good fun. It will be great.
We will finish the stroll at Nowa Praga at the third-category venue NA WINKLU, the place where Stefan "Wiech" Wiechecki once stayed. It will be fine.
You are invited, Ladies and Gentlemen! Anawa!
P.S. After the stroll there will be a little something at Na Winklu, on account of International Women’s Day. Not necessarily stockings and a carnation, but maybe something...
