🎯 classes / Tuesday / 20.01 / 17:00-18:00 / registration via the portal https://www.strefazajec.pl/course/view/id/83242 Discover a new quality of movement through the movement lesson "Awareness Through Movement" of the Feldenkrais Method. We invite you to a unique workshop focused on organizing the coordinated work of the shoulders and pelvis. Through slow, gentle, conscious movements, you will discover how your body can work harmoniously and effortlessly. What will you experience? - Releasing tension in the neck, shoulders, and back; - Better connection between the upper and lower body, left and right sides; - Improved fluidity of movement; - Natural coordination, stability, and lightness in everyday movement; - Reduced stress levels and improved sleep quality (because these classes have a direct impact on the Autonomic Nervous System, which, among other things, is responsible for our state of calm or fight). For whom? - For people suffering from anxiety and insomnia; - For those who feel pain (in the back, hips, or shoulders and neck) caused by improper body tension (sedentary lifestyle, performing asymmetrical activities, etc.); - For athletes, dancers, and anyone who wants to improve posture and move more efficiently and with less effort. The Feldenkrais Method is an excellent choice for seniors, as it is based on gentle, conscious movements and does not require much physical effort. Each participant can exercise at their own pace, without the risk of overexertion. A Feldenkrais Method movement lesson: gentle movement, deep body awareness, and the art of letting go, which truly changes the quality of everyday life. I highly recommend clothing that does not restrict free movement; sports pants and a long-sleeved shirt are perfect :) Additionally, please bring an extra layer of clothing, as due to relaxation and calming of the Nervous System after the class, we tend to feel cold (that's why we sleep under a blanket at night).
