Anastasia Rydlevskaya explores psychological instability, non-binary self-identification, pagan mythology, trauma, memory, and individual struggles within oppressive systems, drawing from personal experiences. Using diverse artistic media, Rydlevskaya creates a cohesive artistic universe that offers a perspective beyond binary thinking. Rydlevskaya delves into the significance of the mask in culture. A mask is not just an object but a rich cultural symbol that reflects universal human needs: protection, transformation, communication, and concealment. Wearing a mask also has a ritual function, often signifying a transition to another state of consciousness or assuming the role of a supernatural being. The presence of masks in culture is a testament to the complexity of human identity and the ways it is expressed. At the Exhibition Bureau, objects and photographs will be presented through which the artist poses questions about her and our identity. 📅 Exhibition available on the following dates: - September 19, 20, 21, 2025 (Friday – Sunday), 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. - September 26, 2025 (Friday), 12:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. - October 1, 2, 2025 (Wednesday – Thursday), 12:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. - October 8, 9, 10, 2025 (Wednesday – Friday), 12:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. - October 15, 16, 17, 2025 (Wednesday – Friday), 12:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. - October 22, 23, 24, 2025 (Wednesday – Friday), 12:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. - October 29, 30, 31, 2025 (Wednesday – Friday), 12:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. 🎵 Accompanying Event: Under the Red Veil Concert by Anastasia Rydlevskaya October 25, 2025, Saturday, 6:00 p.m. 📍 Exhibition Bureau, Krakowskie Przedmieście 16/18, Warsaw Organiser: Foundation for Polish Modern Art Partners: - Association of Authors ZAiKS - Kalektar.org - Legal support: TGC Corporate Lawyers The venue at Krakowskie Przedmieście 16/18 is used for cultural purposes by the Foundation for Polish Modern Art thanks to the support of the Śródmieście District of Warsaw.
