We warmly invite you to a 3-month Wellbeing School program for women 35+ in the perimenopausal and menopausal period: WOMAN IN TRANSFORMATION WHO IS IT FOR? For women 35+ who feel their bodies are starting to speak a new language, are entering perimenopause or are in menopause and want to: - take care of themselves with gentleness and awareness - strengthen and calm themselves - meet other women in a supportive community – without pressure and with deep self-attention WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM INCLUDE? 12 weeks of conscious practice – 2 meetings per week on Mondays and Thursdays from 18:00, including: - hormonal yoga sessions – you will learn different forms of practice and find what works best for your body - workshops – working with the vagus nerve, breathwork, holistic reflexology self-massage, clinical aromatherapy, diet therapy according to Traditional Chinese Medicine This is a time to connect with what is wise and natural within you. Your body knows.
