"Kiss to tell" is a story about the kiss as a gesture that can tell stories. Can a kiss speak? Can it be both a narrative and an action of the mouth, a word and lips? Can a kiss be a message that carries history, tension, hierarchy, consent and violence?
A kiss is a moment suspended between taking in and giving away, between delight and threat. It is an act in which one can experience both closeness and annihilation. In this simple gesture not only mechanisms of power, desire and domination are revealed, but also tenderness and coexistence.
"Kiss to tell" focuses on the relationship between corporeality and the story of how the body becomes a narrator. It examines the kiss not as a romantic symbol, but as a space where opposites meet: brutality and delicacy, delight and violence, silence and narrative.
The kiss ceases to be merely a gesture of love and begins to tell.
