We warmly invite seniors to yoga. We want to show you a beautiful studio, a large and bright room where practicing feels wonderful. These are classes tailored to the needs and abilities of seniors who want to maintain good physical and mental condition. Regular yoga practice makes joints more flexible and increases their mobility, improves muscle function. Conscious strengthening and flexibility of the body reduce muscle, joint, and spine pain. Thanks to regular practice of asanas and breathing, satisfaction and better mood arise. In the classes, we pay attention to breathing – conscious, extended breathing oxygenates the body and mind, improves sleep quality, and fosters a more optimistic approach to daily challenges. The poses are not difficult or complicated, do not overly strain the body, and we use yoga props such as bolsters, blocks, straps, and blankets. The asanas do not require much effort and are conducted in a calm and friendly atmosphere with music.
