The group started in September, but if you want to join, you're welcome. Classes are led by NNariis (substituting for Arkadiusz due to vacation).
In the “Sensual Ropes” classes, mindfulness is one of the key elements — thanks to it we can truly meet ourselves and our partner in the ropes. During meetings we practice presence: in the breath, in touch, and in working with the rope.
Each class combines learning basic tying techniques with mindfulness practice and bodywork. We take care of both technical aspects (knots, basic sequences) and provide space for deeper, quality contact with a partner.
Classes are designed for beginners — for those who want to start their rope journey in a safe and calm way. It is also a space for couples who want to spend time together, building trust, closeness and mindfulness in the relationship. The atmosphere is intimate and accepting, regardless of gender or orientation.
Cost: 50 PLN. If this is too much for you right now, let us know.
Address: Wisimi Studio, Tomasz Potocki Dance Academy, ul. Żelazna 103a

About the instructor: Arkadiusz Hezler — dancer, trainer and facilitator of development processes. For over 14 years he has worked with the body, breath and mindfulness, running workshops that combine movement, dance and somatic practices. Shibari appeared in his practice as a way of caring for another person through touch, presence and conscious use of ropes — he treats it as a practice of closeness, trust and mindfulness, not merely a tying technique. He learned from teachers such as GanRaptor, SpaceSafeShibari, Andy Buru, Ryhor Shabeka and Tatti Limati.
P.S. On Thursdays from 20:15–23:00 in the same place open rope practices (Rope Jam) are held.
P.S.2 Workshops with teachers from Poland and abroad also take place in the studio — follow our social media: Instagram
