GROUNDING – meetings with the body, breath, and attention I invite you to intimate "Grounding" classes, where you'll find space to connect with your body, calm your mind, and consciously invite emotions to be present. This is a time for those who feel overstimulated, need to clear their mind, and pause for a moment to fully and mindfully enter a new day. 📍 Where? Saska Kępa, Warsaw, Czeska 11/2 📅 When? Tuesdays at 9:00 AM 👥 Classes in a small group of up to 5 people. 🧘♀️ What to bring? Your own exercise mat. Meditation cushions and stations are available on-site. 💰 Cost: Pay what you can/want – contribution for room rental. Suggested amount: 60 PLN. What will the classes look like? - Meditation – a shared immersion in silence and breath to focus attention on the present moment. - Body exercises – gentle movement and warm-up inspired by yoga and movement, focusing on the jaw, hips, and shoulder girdle – key areas for throat relaxation. - Facial self-massage. - Light voice release through humming and subtle sounds. - Relaxing yoga exercises, including spinal twists and relaxation practices. - Long relaxation, allowing for deeper mental cleansing and true unwinding. This is a space for you if you want to: - Pause in the rush and connect with what is alive within you. - Feel greater lightness and relaxation in your body. - Start your day with mindfulness and harmony.
