As every year, we invite you to the most delicious festival spot at the Copernicus Science Centre! This is a space full of flavors, aromas, and experiences, where culinary exploration goes far beyond the plate. We are preparing a tailor-made menu based on seasonal, Polish, and local products. The hosts of the café are CzyKawka and Żona Krawca, so get ready for the finest and friendliest service in town. The café is also a meeting place under the slogan "At the common table." Participation is free, but reservations are required. Information about the start of registrations will appear on our Facebook and Instagram profiles. 📅 Golden Connection – Modern Kintsugi Workshop - Level: 1 (café) - Date: October 4, 12:30 PM–2:00 PM - Number of spots: 20 Modern kintsugi is a contemporary version of the traditional Japanese technique for repairing ceramics. Cracks are not hidden – they are highlighted with gold. As a result, the object does not return to its "before" state but becomes something new. It’s a metaphor for empathy and change: instead of rejecting what is fragile, we learn to connect and give it new value. The workshop will be led by Ania Gubernat, @Anilamis – artist, illustrator, and educator. 📅 Savor Mindfully: From Whole Fruit to Bar - Level: 1 (café) - Date: October 5, 12:00 PM–1:30 PM - Number of spots: 20 The workshop focuses on mindful eating, which is a form of empathy toward oneself and the world. When we pay attention to what we eat, we make better nutritional choices and feel better. You will experience eating in a completely new way – through working with your senses, observing taste, texture, aroma, and the pace of consumption. The workshop will be led by Marta Kostka, @kostka_o_jedzeniu – dietitian, neurodietitian, and food technologist. 📅 Pause Within Yourself – Vinyasa Yoga Practice - Level: 1 (café – balcony) - Date: October 4, 11:00 AM–12:00 PM - Number of spots: 20 Dynamic classes engaging the whole body, strengthening it and increasing its flexibility. The workshop will be led by Aleksandra Kwiatkowska, @slowlivingpoland – yoga, meditation, and living body teacher.
