I invite you to one of your favorite workshops!
We will learn different types of stitches used for letters, embroidering on fabrics with beautiful patterns.
You will receive many practical tips and learn 5–6 versatile stitches that will allow you to embroider any letters, which can then become part of your embroidery on a hoop, a shirt or a cushion.
Besides learning stitches, I also care about conversation and meeting: your meeting with me, participants with each other, your hand with your head, thread with fabric. We will chat like in a circle of city housewives.
The result of our work will be an embroidery hoop with colorful fabric and words embroidered on it that are important to you. You can hang it on the wall or give it to someone close.

- For everyone – from beginners to those who want to refresh their embroidery knowledge and have a pleasant time.
- Planned number of people: 8–10.
WHO AM I?
Gosia Samborska – embroidery artist, AI trainer, embroidery teacher. For five years a teacher of embroidery at the Złote Rączki Embroidery School founded by Monika Drożyńska; for three years she has been running workshops independently.

- Cost: 220 zł. The workshop price includes a home embroidery kit, including:

Embroidery for me is hand yoga, a kind of moving meditation. It is also a form of contemporary activism, analogue guerrilla craft. We live in a world of productivity compulsion, where efficiency and speed matter more than precision and deeper understanding. I love embroidery for its slow pace, for teaching patience and focus, which through its physicality and tangibility gives an immediate sense of agency. I believe its subversive potential of gentleness and empathy is what we need now.
