Who know and feel that the memory of the women who came before them is written in their bodies. Their strength. Their choices. Their voices. Their silence. What was left unsaid by our grandmothers, what was suppressed, denied, silenced – still pulses within us. But it’s not only wounds it’s also talents, resources, predispositions. It’s not only the past it’s also the power that shaped us. It’s not only a history of pain it’s a kaleidoscope of experiences we can honor. We invite women who want to choose, not cut off. Women who feel ready to return to themselves – gently, deeply, in their own way and rhythm. No experience in women’s circles, dance, or yoga is needed, you have everything you need – we will guide you. An open heart and curiosity are very welcome at the start. WHAT AWAITS YOU? - movement, bodywork, voicework - embodiment practices related to foremothers - meditation, breathwork - meeting in a circle and a symbolic ritual - yin yoga focused on the Earth element - working with questions: what do I inherit? what do I choose? what do I want to let go? - silence, presence, and returning to your body and roots :)) AT THE WORKSHOP WE WILL TOGETHER: - experience what we inherit, - choose what we want to continue, - tenderly say goodbye to what is no longer ours, - create space for your story TOGETHER WE WILL CREATE A SPACE: - where the past becomes a resource, - where presence becomes a space of liberation, - where meeting another woman becomes a mirror and a gateway to our wisdom. Stubborn in her idealism, she believes that awakening daily mindfulness and sensitivity to beauty in herself and others will make the world a better place.
