We meet in the intimate, creative space of Womanifesto, where you can settle in, rest, calm down, and recharge. This is a time to immerse yourself in yourself - to ask: am I as tender to myself as I am to others? To breathe, which not only gives but also receives. To silence, from which the truth of the heart can resonate. In the circle, we will create a safe space where: - We will immerse ourselves in meditation - We will talk – if there is readiness - We will stay in truth and soothe what calls for tenderness - We will move our bodies gently, intuitively - to connect with ourselves, perhaps shed what is no longer ours, and make room for the new. She has been leading circles and workshops for women for over 15 years. She creates a safe space where the encounter with movement becomes a ritual of returning to oneself – with tenderness, mindfulness, and courage to be authentic. Every practice she leads is a journey and a living work of art – a space that awakens creativity, strengthens intuition, and nourishes the body, mind, and spirit. Certified Hatha Yoga teacher, graduate of the Academy of Physical Education, teacher training course at the Dance and Movement Therapy Center Iba, and a 3-year yoga teacher training course in the B.K.S. Iyengar method. Finalist and choreographer of the program You Can Dance – Just Dance. For 20 years, she has been sharing her passion for movement and self-development, leading classes, workshops, and rituals in various parts of the world (including Barcelona, Sicily, Pakistan, Vietnam). She combines her stage experience with intuitive dance, yoga, meditation, energy work, breath, and voice, integrating knowledge from the fields of physiology, art, and holistic health. Her development path includes both practice in Buddhist and Hindu ashrams in India and Indonesia, as well as training with choreographers of world stars in New York and Los Angeles. Every practice with Ilona is like a journey through the senses and the depth of emotions - she leads through movement as through a work of art, opening space for transformation, creative expression, and deep contact with oneself.
