Three Worlds of Feminine Power – a series of Slavic gymnastics workshops Imagine a day when the daily rush comes to a halt. A day when you step into a circle of women, and the space around you fills with calm, softness, and subtle energy. I invite you to the first of three workshops dedicated to Slavic gymnastics – a practice that combines movement, intention, and feminine wisdom passed down through generations. The workshops will take place once a month from September to November. We meet at Lavendova Café – a place that smells of coffee, herbs, and warmth, where every detail invites you to be here and now. It’s 5 hours of a workshop filled with movement, stories, and a shared lunch break, allowing you to deeply immerse yourself in this unique practice. I would like to share with you the knowledge I have been exploring for 5 years, my insights, tips for performing exercises, and my method, which incorporates elements of dance and sensuality into Slavic gymnastics. Part I: Upper World – pure thoughts, intentions The first step of our journey is entering the energy of the Upper World – a world of white, lightness, and clarity. It’s a space of pure thoughts, visions, and intentions. Together, we will perform 9 standing exercises. I will tell you about the intention behind each exercise, the meaning of its symbol, and what exactly happens in the body when you perform the movements. You will receive technical guidance and an invitation to feel what is happening within you during the practice. It’s the world of animals, plants, people, everything that surrounds us. Together, we will perform 9 exercises on our knees. I will tell you about the intention behind each exercise, its symbol, and its effects on the body. Program: - 9 exercises of the Middle World – meaning, symbolism, technique - Working with intention, body, and energy - Time for questions, notes, and sharing in the circle - Coffee break with homemade cake - Delicious lunch at Lavendova - Tenderness. It’s the world of our roots, family memory, suppressed patterns, death, and rebirth. Together, we will perform 9 exercises on our knees and elbows. Program: - 9 exercises of the Lower World – meaning, symbolism, technique - Working with intention, body, and energy - Time for questions, notes, and sharing in the circle - Coffee break with homemade cake - Delicious lunch at Lavendova - Tenderness. You. 📅 When: November 15, 2025, 11:00–16:00 📍 Where: Lavendova Café, Trojdena Street 11, Warsaw 💰 Investment in yourself: - until October 25 – 400 PLN - October 26–November 1 – 420 PLN - November 2–8 – 430 PLN - November 9–12 – 440 PLN - from November 13 – 450 PLN Package of 3 workshops – the entire journey through the Three Worlds: 1200 PLN (paid upfront) About me – Emilia Bartkowska Selene, The Korpo Witch I am an instructor of Slavic gymnastics in the Belarusian tradition, certified at the School of Love Metamorphosis Słowianka Awakens in Podlasie, an instructor of the Free Your Body with Slavic Gymnastics method created by physiotherapist Iwona Trznadel, and I also practice Ładunica – the Ukrainian variation of Slavic gymnastics, where dance movements are combined with words of power. I am a Priestess of Love – I walk the path of right-hand tantra and the Tao of love, healing women’s wombs and restoring their connection to their sensuality, passion, and strength derived from sexual energy. I lead ceremonies of Womb Massage and Bone Closing (Cerrada) – wrapping and rocking with Rebozo shawls. I also work energetically, using the Power of the Guide of the Great Northern Tradition – cleansing spaces and supporting processes on the level of body and soul. My roots reach the Great Żuława, where for 25 years I listened to the whispers of water and the pulse of Mother Earth. I also fell in love with the wildness of the Caucasus – riding horseback through the mountains of Georgia, combining Slavic tradition with the courage and freedom of those lands. Once, I was the best consultant in a corporation – it was there that my Witch awakened, and the world of finance gave way to working with the body, energy, and soul. Today, I invite women into my world – the world of the Goddess, where you are priceless and deserve the best.
