
I invite you to a meeting with yourself and your body. CONSCIOUS BODY is a workshop where we combine movement meditation, intuitive dance, and conscious presence. This is a time when the body becomes a guide, and movement—a space to return to yourself. We allow ourselves to pause, soften, and listen to what is alive within us. We do not learn steps or choreography. We do not try to achieve anything—we let the body lead. Movement becomes a flow, a path to presence, feeling, and gentleness towards oneself. Every gesture and breath is a conversation with oneself—attentive, honest, and delicate. We give the body the right to decide how deeply it wants to enter into movement. There is nothing here that "must be done." ------------------------ During the workshop, we learn to: - listen to the body and follow its needs - move freely, without expectations or judgment - feel from within—softly, slowly, truly - observe tensions without suppressing or fixing them - gently and tenderly expand the range of movement in the body - regain contact with breath and energy in the body - return to the belly as home—a place of power, intuition, and grounding - experience presence and being in the here and now ------------------------- Workshop plan: - Opening circle – welcome, intentions, and mindful presence - Introductory meditation – focus on breath and being here and now - Warm-up – gentle joint movement, relaxation, working on range of motion in the body, and preparation for dance - Conscious breath in the body – body scan and connecting movement with breath - Following the body – intuitive and spontaneous movement, listening to body signals, working with different movement qualities in the body - Intuitive dance – free expression, fluidity, and sense of flow - Relaxation/integration – stillness, breath, and sounds of instruments to ground the body and emotions - Closing – sharing impressions and returning to everyday life This is a space for being, not performing. For feeling, not judging. For returning to yourself. We work in an intimate group of up to 10 people. For many years I have worked with the body. I have traveled a long road—from treating the body solely as a tool for following commands and pushing its limits, to conscious, gentle presence at the center of myself. I understood that the body is not something to be controlled and forced into action. It does not need pressure—it needs to feel safe. Only then does it reveal what is true within us: deep, subtle, and authentic feeling—emotions, tensions, but also lightness and space. Then it shows us everything that was previously suppressed. I am a person who is still discovering herself. I practice yoga, learn to return to myself, listen, relax, and trust. I work with the body in a mindful and gentle way. And I see more and more clearly that this is the most beautiful journey of my life—a journey to my own body, to my own presence, to my own truth.
