We invite you to a special experience in nature, slow and deep, which continues to work in the body and psyche even after it ends. FOREST WALKS. INTO THE FOREST, INTO YOURSELF These are workshops in the form of a walk in the forest, inspired by the methods of forest bathing and forest therapy developed in Japan and the USA. We introduce experiences that activate the basic senses - sight, hearing, smell, taste, touch, as well as others like spatial orientation and body awareness. We enrich them with elements of mindfulness, breathing techniques, meditation, and visualization. Our original concept expands forest bathing to include work on important values, internal personal and spiritual development. Thanks to this, our walks are a journey into the forest and into yourself, a renewal of contact with nature, with yourself, and with others. The October walk will be led by: - Marta Aleksandra Ostrowska ☘️ has been leading forest bathing sessions for 8 years as part of the initiatives "Forest Walks. Into the Forest, Into Yourself" and "Yoga and the Forest." Always close to nature, she loves spending time outdoors, barefoot. She has extensive experience working with groups as a trainer, animator, and social researcher. She practices yoga, mindfulness, and chi gong. She is a member of the Polish Society for Forest Bathing and Forest Therapy. Every month, following the rhythm of nature, we invite you to a different place and a different journey inward. Each walk in the cycle is a standalone experience, so you can join a single walk (and perhaps feel inspired to attend more). The format is open to those who are new to forest bathing. We value the principles of voluntariness (you don't have to do anything you don't feel like doing) and enjoying the experience. Important participation information: 👉 After purchasing a ticket, on Friday evening, October 17th, we will send an email with details about the exact meeting location and how to prepare for the walk. 👉 Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the walk begins.
