In the silence of the forest - forest bathing with elements of art is based on the shinrin-yoku method, originating from Japan and implemented in Europe via the USA. Numerous studies show that the practice of shinrin-yoku lowers cortisol levels, blood pressure, improves mood, and supports immunity. And what does art do for us? In short, it has cognitive, psycho-emotional, physiological, and social impacts. So, is shinrin-yoku and art a good combination? Of course, YES :) I will guide you on a leisurely walk, during which I will propose a series of relaxing and artistic activities to deepen your connection with nature and yourself. We will open the 5 basic senses: sight, hearing, touch, taste, smell, and proprioception, the so-called deep sense – the sense of body orientation in space. We will experience mindful contact with the forest, slow down, calm our thoughts, reduce stress, and create our own art. WHO IS INVITED: adults. Art enthusiast, graduate of Modern Art History at the Institute of Art PAN. About me: I grew up in the forest and have loved nature forever. Daily practice of being in the forest and contemplating it is my lifestyle. I also love art and actively practice it. At the same time, I follow the contemporary art market through active membership in the Society for the Encouragement of Fine Arts and the Friends of the Museum of Modern Art. So, I invite you to the world of forest swimmers, where it is quieter, slower, and CALMER, and to the world of art in nature... because nature is a wonderful, great artist and teacher, and... it is worth drawing from it. See you in the forest :) Renata
