REST Developmental and herbal workshops Resting is a natural state after a period of work and effort. We need rest to regenerate our physical and mental strength, to reconnect with our spirituality, sense, and values. However, we increasingly experience that rest, instead of being a norm and everyday occurrence, is becoming a luxury. We invite you to the herbal-developmental workshop REST, which will focus on creating time for relaxation. In an atmosphere of safety and acceptance, we will seek answers to questions such as how we react to stress, what brings us pleasure, and what types of rest regenerate us the most. This will be a space for self-discovery and connecting with others, without haste or pressure. We will also receive specific tools to help us cope with stress: herbal remedies tailored to our needs and relaxation techniques. We want these tools to become our allies for a good life in everyday reality. We will work in a small group of up to 12 people using experiential methods: group work, pair work, individual work, artistic activities, and herbal practices. We will experience various relaxation techniques and learn how to apply them in daily life. Participants will take home self-composed herbal teas and adaptogenic pralines. Additionally, there will be a solid portion of knowledge in the fields of psychology and herbalism.
