    About the event

The aim of the training is to develop effective managerial communication skills based on the DISC behavioral styles model, with particular emphasis on the realities of working in a production and industrial environment. Participants will learn to recognize the dominant behavioral styles of employees and consciously adapt the way they communicate instructions, feedback, and organizational changes to the individual needs of the team. The training focuses on the practical use of the DISC model in the daily work of a production manager. Managers will learn how each style reacts to time pressure, criticism, changes in procedures, or emergency situations, as well as how to conduct corrective and motivational conversations in a way that minimizes resistance and tension. Participants will gain specific tools to quickly "read" behavioral styles based on observation and short interactions, e.g., during briefings or 1:1 conversations. An important element of the workshop is motivating communication and appreciating the team in production conditions. Participants will practice short, precise forms of feedback that strengthen engagement without disrupting work, and will learn how to discuss mistakes and quality in a factual and respectful manner. The entire training is highly practical—participants work on realistic scenarios, simulations of briefings, corrective conversations, and communicating changes, directly related to the daily challenges of production and technical teams. 📍 WHERE Warsaw (exact location details will be provided to registered participants soon) 📅 WHEN February 11, 2026 👥 TARGET GROUP - production managers - shift leaders - foremen and supervisors - managers of logistics, quality, maintenance, and planning departments - people preparing to take on a leadership role - HR specialists supporting the development of managerial competencies - people responsible for organizing team work - people building a culture of effective communication in automotive sector plants 📋 PROGRAM Module 1.
