Participants will learn to establish clear cooperation rules, delegate tasks precisely, and enforce accountability in a way that strengthens employee independence and engagement. The training focuses on practical communication tools that enable constructive conversations—both developmental and corrective. Managers will discover proven feedback models, disciplinary techniques for difficult situations, and assertive communication principles that help build leader authority. An important part of the workshop is working on conflict resolution. Participants will analyze escalation mechanisms and response styles, then practice mediation conversations aimed at reducing tension and reaching agreement. Task Delegation and Accountability Enforcement Participants will learn a delegation model based on employee readiness levels and practice formulating clear messages. They will also work on best practices for task monitoring that strengthen team independence. Module 2. Feedback and Employee Discipline Managers will learn to use feedback models (FUKO, CIBIN, feedforward) and conduct corrective conversations in difficult situations. The training is based on short role-plays reflecting real team scenarios. Module 3. Assertiveness in the Leader Role Participants will learn the differences between submissiveness, aggression, and assertiveness, and how to respond to criticism or challenges to decisions. They will train in building authority through calm and firm communication. Module 4. Communication in Conflict Situations Managers will learn conflict escalation mechanisms and the most common response styles. They will practice mediation conversations aimed at reducing tension and achieving agreement. 👩🏫 TRAINER Ewa Migo – certified business and sales trainer, expert in sales and managerial competency development. Graduate of the Higher School of Commerce and Law in Warsaw and the University of Economics. She began her career in financial consulting, where she was responsible for building, developing, and managing sales teams. Since 2015, she has worked as a trainer and consultant, delivering advisory and training projects for sales teams in various industries, including logistics, IT, publishing, recruitment, well-being, and retail. She works with both start-ups and SMEs as well as large corporations, allowing her to accurately diagnose the diverse business needs of training participants. From 2016 to 2022, she was actively involved with BNI (Business Network International), serving as president of one of Warsaw's groups and as a trainer. She also introduced the international training company Integrity Solutions Poland to the Polish market. Currently, she is responsible for employee development at Michael Page as HR Business Partner and Talent Development, where she designs and implements development and training programs.
