Somatic seminar in Kraków with Paweł Wójtowicz

NEW PROPOSAL, NEW FORMAT!

• Do you want to be able to use somatics in your work and private life?

I invite you to a 3-day somatic seminar during the long May weekend where we will do Moshe Feldenkrais lessons and discuss them in depth. We will break the lessons down into parts to bring out their deeper meaning. We will work in small groups and switch roles to understand what happens in class. The essential elements of somatics will be addressed. The goal is to deepen practice and understanding so you can use the lessons independently.

ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION:

Time: May 1–3, 2026 — Friday 13:00–18:00, Saturday 10:00–15:00, Sunday 10:00–15:00
Place: Warsztatowa 5, ul. Dunajewskiego 5, courtyard, staircase D, third floor, Kraków
Price: 700 PLN for one person; 650 PLN per person when two or more people register together. It is possible to receive a VAT invoice and a certificate of participation.
Registration: by email to pawel.wojtowicz@poczta.fm with the note in the subject “Seminarium somatyczne w maju”. Group size is limited by the room size — registration is on a first-come basis. Registration is only for the full course, all three days.

INSTRUCTOR:

My name is Paweł Wójtowicz. I am a certified Feldenkrais Method teacher. I have been practising it since 2010. In 2014 I completed a 4-year accredited teacher training in England. I am a member of the British Feldenkrais Guild. For 12 years I have been leading workshops across Poland and abroad, over 40 a year, including for students of the Academy of Music in Katowice and Łódź and the University of Physical Education in Poznań. In addition, for several years I worked individually with children with cerebral palsy in Ukraine and Kazakhstan using this method. In 2023 I wrote and published the book "Notatki z podłogi", among other things about my work and practice.
