I warmly invite you to a Somayog workshop in Kraków. A 4-hour session with time for everything.
We will practice in a small, friendly group in a cozy room on Kraszewskiego Street in Salwator.
We will focus on two important areas: the heart and the pelvis. For me, these are extremely sensitive, tender, but also powerful regions of the body.
Pelvis: close to the ground, stability, creative power, sexuality, sense of safety.
Heart: love, reaching beyond oneself to connect with the world, closeness, soothing, tenderness, sensitivity.
Each of you can bring your own words here. One thing is certain for me: by moving these areas and giving them attention, we can discover a lot — return to ourselves and listen to ourselves on a deeper level.
In a small, kind, safe group we will explore sensations, memories and messages from your heart and pelvis, get to know them better and perhaps discover parts that ask for more attention, care and tenderness. It is possible that we will also experience the great power lying in these regions.
Somayog is a gentle, therapeutic yoga suitable for beginners, people after injuries, highly sensitive people, etc. If you have questions: write to me.

Somayog is a method of working with the body and mind. It draws from practices such as hatha yoga, the Alexander Technique, the Feldenkrais Method, the McKenzie method, pranayama and Hellerwork. It was created in India by a yogini and dancer of French origin named Danielle Munoz.

I live when I move… And I strive… for the truth about myself, in the given moment. Yoga unites these two passions - movement and truth. For me yoga is about unification: body with mind and spirit, personality with essence, essence with the whole world and the universe.
In 2010 I discovered Somayog for myself: a gentle practice combining classical hatha yoga with modern movement techniques. I fell in love with its spaciousness, its kindness to the body and the many tools I could use to reprogram harmful movement and thinking patterns. I felt a greater contact with the body and my whole being on all levels.
Somayog is a method accessible to everyone because of its gentleness and approach: respect for the place where we are with our current limitations. When we fully respect the present state, new possibilities open up. We certainly have endless possibilities for development and self-knowledge.
In 2019 I became a Somayog instructor after training with my wonderful teacher Inga Schorowska. A year later I received a choreotherapist certificate upon completing the Academy of Choreo- and Art Therapy run by Dr. Anna Glińska-Lachowicz.
In my individual sessions and workshops in various Polish cities I pass on what I have discovered as most valuable. In free breath and conscious movement we can find a bridge to the present moment: the only moment available to us, now, alive and full of potential. THIS IS NOW WE ARE. I love to feel the power of the group and share it at larger events. I, the participants, we all learn from each other.
