The exhibition presents the rich achievements of Polish painters associated with Munich – one of the most important artistic centers in Europe at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. We will see works by, among others, Stryjeńska, Adam Chmielowski, Ludomir Benedyktowicz, Olga Boznańska, Józef Brandt, Maurycy Gottlieb, and the Gierymski brothers. - WALK WITH A GUIDE – we will see Castle Hill, the royal route from Grodzka Gate to Plac po Farze, the Market Square, Krakowska Gate, the Town Hall, and Litewski Square. - CHURCH OF THE ASSUMPTION OF THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY – one of the most valuable Gothic and Renaissance monuments in Lublin. The church was founded in 1412 by Władysław Jagiełło as a votive offering for victory at the Battle of Grunwald.
