
NEW TEMPORARY EXHIBITION AT THE ŁAZIENKI KRÓLEWSKIE MUSEUM "ŁAZIENKI IN AWE" 📅 November 14, 2025 – March 15, 2026 Podchorążówka at Łazienki Królewskie ul. Agrykola 1, 00-460 Warsaw Map: https://maps.app.goo.gl/66Q7yBzseCDLU81P8 The exhibition "Łazienki in Awe" is an emotional, multi-threaded story about the experience of awe in Łazienki Królewskie, presented through 10 thematic spaces inspired by the senses, art, and everyday life. Each of them interprets a different source of awe – from nature and music to relationships, sleep, or movement – using works from the museum's collection and contemporary installations by artists. The exhibition can be experienced with multiple senses: sight, hearing, touch, and smell. The exhibition is complemented by: - events – a wide program of events for children, youth, and adults - an outdoor exhibition of nature photographers - the installation "Pavilion of Time Stopped in Color" by Alicja Bielawska on the lawn by Podchorążówka - "Workshop of Awe" – a creative space in the Old Guardhouse EXHIBITION TOURS From November 16, 2025, to March 15, 2026, 35 guided tours of the "Łazienki in Awe" exhibition are planned. When: - Saturdays, Sundays - Tuesday, November 25 – additional tour for members of the Friends of the Łazienki Królewskie Museum Club Hours: 🕒 1:00 PM–2:00 PM (the tour lasts 60 minutes) Start: - at the ticket office in Podchorążówka Admission: free or included in the exhibition ticket (detailed information below) Guides: museum educators (Saturdays) and exhibition curators (Sundays). On selected dates, curatorial tours will feature special guests – artists and creators who contributed to the exhibition. In Podchorążówka, we will see the artist's original installation: "To See the Unnoticed." It is a reconstruction of ornamental rosettes from palace ceilings, made using 3D printing technology and enhanced with light elements. - Tour by Zofia Zaccaria with a sketchbook in hand November 23, 2025 (fully booked) - Tour by Dorota Stelmaszczyk-Szwed and Zofia Zaccaria for members of the Friends of the Łazienki Królewskie Museum Club: November 25, 2025 Free admission for club members. We will learn about various types of sports and physical activities that have been and still are practiced in Łazienki Królewskie over the centuries. - Curatorial tour by Lidia Iwanowska-Szymańska – special guests: actors from the play "Metamorphoses" December 7 and 14, 2025 January 11, 2026 February 15, 2026 We will pay special attention to the exhibition's scenography, which attracts with its diverse textures, themes, and contexts. Special guests will talk about working on the Łazienki etude inspired by Jan Bogumił Plersch's grotesques, the recording of which we will watch in the exhibition space. - Curatorial tour by Paulina Organiściak-Kwiatkowska December 21, 2025 January 25, 2026 The curator of the "Nature" exhibition space will talk, among other things, about the participatory research project "BioBlitz," the results of which can be seen at the exhibition. - Curatorial tour by Jolanta Żubrowska January 4 and 18, 2026 During the tour with the curator of the "Relationships" exhibition space, we will learn, among other things, how Łazienki Królewskie from the 1950s–70s are remembered by graduates of the State High School of Fine Arts. - Curatorial tour by Ewa Zagawa February 1 and 22, 2026 During the tour with the curator of the "Food" exhibition space, we will learn details of the project "Practical Wild Cuisine in the Footsteps of Paul Tremo," the results of which are part of the "Łazienki in Awe" exhibition. - Curatorial tour by Zofia Zaccaria – special guest: Antoni Jachniewicz February 8, 2026 While visiting the exhibition, we will learn, among other things, about the history of Chopin Concerts. Sixteen-year-old pianist Antoni Jachniewicz, author of musical interpretations that we will hear at the exhibition, will talk about the selected repertoire, his inspirations, and how music can guide the audience through the world of art. - Curatorial tour by Dorota Stelmaszczyk-Szwed – special guest: Alicja Bielawska March 8, 2026 Sculptor Alicja Bielawska, author of the installation "Soft Versions" inspired by fabrics from the Palace on the Isle, will talk about her work and unique contribution to the exhibition. ------- Practical information ------- 🎟️ Tickets – exhibition admission: Tickets will be available at the ticket office and ticket machine in Podchorążówka and online (link coming soon).
