How to translate inner tensions into creative acts and regain agency when a block appears? In my lecture, I will talk about the role of art in coping with difficult emotions, freeze, and executive paralysis, which often accompany ADHD and other psychological challenges. I will share personal experiences and show how the creative process can become a form of meditation, supporting the release of emotions and breaking internal barriers. The lecture will be accompanied by an intimate exhibition of paintings created in the process of self-therapy entitled "The Art of Feeling" – as proof that art not only heals but also gives voice to what is difficult to express in words. I started one company, then a second and a third. My companies generated millions, and I employed a team of several dozen people. Then I fell ill with depression, burnout followed, and everything collapsed like a house of cards. Today, I fight for my health; I am undergoing treatment, studying art therapy, painting pictures – also as part of the Creative and Artistic Women’s Community I created, where, together with nearly a thousand women, we create and draw from art in the broadest sense what is best. Together with my family, I moved to a village in Kashubia, and interviews, podcasts, lives, webinars, and all the splendor of online business I exchanged for growing cucumbers and painting pictures in my studio. And finally, I feel alive. Lecture: Done is better than perfect – how art helped me in life and business. I will talk about how art and creativity helped me get out of depression, burnout, and allowed me to start a business completely anew. 🗓️ MEETING SCHEDULE: 10:15 – Registration and visiting stands 11:00 – Opening of the Gathering – Anna Sikorska 11:15 – Lecture – Beata Tomaszek – Modern brand communication in Social Media in 2026, including trends and AI capabilities (also chatGPT) – presentation: 45 min, including Q&A session 12:00 – Lecture – Karolina Chilecka – At the crossroads of colors, emotions, and cultures – my art therapy journey, presentation: 45 min, including Q&A session 12:45 – Presentation of exhibitors 13:00 – Coffee break and visiting stands 13:30 – Lecture – Ola Budzyńska – Done is better than perfect – how art helped me in life and business. – presentation: 45 min, including Q&A session 14:15 – Lunch break, networking, and time to visit stands 15:00 – Lecture with vernissage by Urszula Zaleśkiewicz – Creation as a space for emotions – how art helps in states of freeze and executive paralysis – presentation: 45 min, including Q&A session, "Art of Emotions" exhibition 15:45 – Presentation of exhibitors 16:00 – News and updates – what's new 16:15 – Coffee break and visiting stands 16:45 – Practical workshop "Your Inner Light" – Anna Sikorska and Karolina Chilecka 18:00 – Group photo and sweet surprise and fun 19:00 – End of the Gathering Join us today!
