Aerial Yoga Restorative is a combination of restorative yoga with elements of aerial yoga. It uses a low-hanging hammock and the floor to support the body in restorative positions, allowing for deeper muscle stretching and tension reduction. We invite you to participate in the training, where for 6 hours we will show – both theoretically and practically – how to work with a hammock suspended at knee height and how to safely conduct individual and group classes. The training will be led by Monika Łazuk-Żuk, an aerial yoga teacher with 10 years of experience, and Maria Wadoń, a physiotherapist, masseuse, and specialist in working with pregnant women and children. Each participant will receive a comprehensive manual with photos of nearly 100 positions and additional materials on teaching methodology and safety rules. Note: The training is open to everyone – we invite both yoga and aerial yoga instructors, as well as anyone who wants to learn about the hammock as a tool and find out how to use it for therapeutic and relaxation purposes at home. After many years of adventure with contemporary dance and theater, she found yoga as the most balanced psychophysical practice. In 2013, she completed postgraduate studies "Relaxation and Yoga" at the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw, and in April 2015 she attended a month-long teacher training course in Goa, India (RYT 200). Fascinated by working with gravity, she obtained an instructor certificate at AerialYoga-Berlin and participated in many aerial yoga and acroyoga courses and workshops with Polish and foreign enthusiasts of these techniques (including Milla Floryd, Liliana Polanco, Björn Heucke, Jason Namer, Almuth Kramer, Jeppe Skovgaard). She constantly seeks new ways to work with the hammock, also in functional training, which is why she became a certified TRX(R) GSTC trainer. Until recently, Monika lived in Germany and taught at the largest aerial yoga studios in Cologne and Leverkusen. She is the author of the book "Aerial Yoga – Antigravity Flow". Maria Wadoń, physiotherapist, masseuse, instructor of infant Shantala massage, aerial yoga teacher, and SI therapist. From the beginning, she has worked with pregnant women. She attaches great importance to activity during pregnancy and after childbirth. In her work, she conducts group classes as well as individual therapy. Her specialty is working with pregnant women, but also with children. She constantly expands her range of courses and training. She is a huge fan of prevention, i.e., recreational physical activity that keeps muscles and joints in good condition. She pays great attention to the correctness of exercises to ensure they are effective and safe. ——————————————— ❗ ATTENTION!
