    Don't have time in your calendar to regularly practice yoga, pilates, and strength training? You know you need to get stronger, you've heard how important strength training is for your health and fitness, both physically and mentally, in later years of life? You don't feel comfortable at the gym, you prefer quiet and cozy places to exercise, small regular groups, and working with a mindful, caring trainer? That's exactly why we've prepared our new offer for you! Strength and Stretch Flow is a synergistic combination of the most effective elements of yoga, pilates, and functional resistance training, created for those who want to simultaneously strengthen and lengthen their bodies. What will you gain from the classes? FROM YOGA: Fluidity and Awareness - Initial breathing practice (Pranayama): We calm the mind, oxygenate the body, and learn to breathe consciously, which is the foundation of effective training. - Fluidity (Flow): We use smooth transitions and sequences to improve coordination, increase range of motion, and connect breath with movement. - Proper body alignment: We focus on biomechanics and precision, allowing for safe and effective strength building. - Final relaxation (Savasana): An essential element for nervous system recovery and integration of the effects of the practice. FROM PILATES: Core and Stabilization - We introduce precision and control of movement. - Strengthening deep muscles (Core): We focus on activating and strengthening the abdominal, back, and pelvic floor muscles, which form a stable center for the whole body. - Improving posture: Pilates exercises help lengthen the spine and correct movement habits, leading to a better, more stable silhouette. FROM RESISTANCE TRAINING: Strength and Functionality - We bring in elements of challenge and effective muscle mass building. - Training with weights: We use small dumbbells and resistance bands to increase exercise intensity and effectively build muscle strength—essential in everyday life. - Functionality: We strengthen the whole body in movements that are useful and mimic daily activities, increasing endurance and preventing injuries. For whom? - For anyone who wants to: strengthen their body, improve posture, increase movement awareness, and start the day with a dose of energy. What else can you expect in these classes? - Use of a hammock for aerial yoga as TRX and for free hanging at the end of the class to stretch and relax muscles and the spine. 📝 REGISTRATION: Attention! We are gathering people who want to join the morning group permanently for 1/2 hour per week. What do you gain by joining the group? - A regular group of cool people you get to know and meet at regular morning workouts. - A WhatsApp group where you communicate with the trainer, can share needs, send workout photos or inspirations. - Motivation for regularity and finding a routine. Once a month, you can report an evening absence from training and make it up any day that month with another morning group or at evening yoga. If illness or travel caused you to miss more workouts and you want to make them up! We understand and will make it possible, just let us know! If there are free spots, we will make them available to people who want to use them with a pass/open contract or come from time to time.
