I invite you to a deep practice of pranayama – one of the eight branches of yoga described by Patanjali. This is a systematic work with breath and energy (prana), which leads to the purification of energy channels (nadi), calming the mind, and preparation for meditation. During the session, I will guide you through selected classical techniques: - Kapalabhati – cleansing, energizing breath - Bhastrika – fire breath, stimulating and strengthening - Nadi Shodhana – alternate nostril breathing, balancing both hemispheres of the brain - Ujjayi – victorious breath, bringing focus and calm The practice will also include work with bandhas (Mula Bandha, Uddiyana Bandha, Jalandhara Bandha), which direct the flow of energy in the body. At the end of the meeting, we will immerse ourselves in the vibrations of Tibetan bowls, which I brought from India – their sound will crown the practice and deepen the experience of inner harmony. 📍 Location: Agi Yoga Studio, Aleja Wilanowska 67E/D1/3, Warsaw 📅 Date: Tuesday, September 9, 6:00 PM 💰 Price: 180 PLN 💡 Early birds: 150 PLN for registration by the end of August Led by: Agi Jensen (RYT 500, over 20 years of experience in teaching yoga) For those outside Warsaw, online participation via Zoom is possible.
