I invite you to unique workshops dedicated to Pawanmuktasana – a system of subtle yet highly effective practices that bring relief to the body and mind, regulate energy flow, and support health on physical, mental, and energetic levels. Pawanmuktasana is a carefully designed set of three series of asanas created by Swami Satyananda Saraswati. These practices are accessible to everyone, regardless of age or skill level – from beginners to advanced yogis. During the workshops, you will learn: - Series I – Anti-rheumatic practices that gently mobilize joints and reduce body stiffness. - Series II – Exercises that support digestion and massage internal organs. - Series III – Shakti Bandha Asanas, which help release energy blockages and strengthen the entire body. Each series is based on mindful movement, breath, and deep relaxation. It’s not just physical practice – it’s a path to mindfulness, lightness, and inner harmony. Each participant will receive a script with sequences to practice independently.
