WOMB & WILD – Dance Ceremony of Feminine Power This is not a workshop. This is a temple. A space where we shed our armor, dissolve tensions, and return to our bodies – without judgment, without correction, without comparison. During the monthly Womb & Wild ceremonies, we meet in a women's circle, where each of us is welcome – just as we are. With hearts warmed by cacao and breath guided deep into the body, through dance and tantra, we will return to the source of our power – the womb and the heart. You can expect: - Cacao ritual and intention circle – we sit together as sisters, in full presence and truth. Cacao warms our hearts and bodies. We speak what is alive within us – with words, gestures, and sometimes just a glance. What intention flows from your heart? - Himalayan heart meditation – a journey into shared presence, opening our hearts. - Slavic gymnastics practice – grounding and activation of the pelvic floor muscles. - Dance ecstasy – guided activation of the whole body with the intention of awakening the feminine center – the pelvis. Feel the wildness and pleasure in movement! - Tantric exercise – meeting with sensual feminine energy. - Closing circle – we say what wants to be spoken. We express gratitude to ourselves and the women's community. What happens in Womb & Wild – stays in Womb & Wild. You don't need to "know" dance, tantra, or spirituality. All you need is curiosity and an open heart. This gathering is for you if you long for tenderness, wildness, deep contact with your body, the fullness of femininity, dance, and closeness with other women. Here you can breathe. Relax your hips. Trust your body. This is a space where we celebrate the fact that we exist – with our stories, scars, wrinkles, laughter, and tears. 📍 Place: Anjali Joga, ul. And that its voice, even if it trembles, matters. From this place, I guide women on the Womb & Wild journey – to instinct, trust, and wild, creative power. I am educated as a pedagogue, choreographer, and certified instructor of dance and Slavic gymnastics. For over a decade, I have worked with movement, voice, and emotions – on stage, in schools, and in women's circles. I am the author of the Mindfuldance method, which helps move from the head to the body and hear its truth. I don't teach steps. I teach how to return to the rhythm of your own blood, pulse, and breath. As an artist and woman of fire, I believe that wild intelligence lives in each of us – the one that knows when to move, when to be silent, and when to roar like a lioness. Womb & Wild is a space where you can hear that intelligence again. Ania Kołodziej – For seven years, I have been on a continuous journey of expanding awareness and contact with myself. My path began with tantra, which – thanks to my mentor Ryja Sokół – completely transformed my life. I have participated in workshops by Zosia and Dawid Rzepecki, as well as Ania Sokołek and Aron Nowosz. Since my teenage years, I have been fascinated by exploring feminine sexuality – not only for pleasure, but to discover the creative power that flows from it. This path allowed me to build a happy, 16-year relationship and raise two teenage children. Dance has always accompanied me – it is a source of joy, lightness, and deep contact with myself and others. I am especially fascinated by Biodanza Rolando Toro, which combines movement, emotions, and living in harmony. On a daily basis, I run my own primary school, showing children that education and relationships can be safe, conscious, and inspiring. I am also a mediator and a psychology student specializing in therapy for children and youth. I invite you to discover what our womb is, how we can embody ourselves, and create life according to our own unique recipe!
