Work as a mediator involves daily meetings in various spaces, conversations with new people and situations that cannot always be predicted.
The mediator profession requires knowledge and experience, but also self‑confidence and the ability to react in unforeseen moments. This year's breakfast in celebration of International Women's Day we combine with professional self‑defense training — including both theoretical and practical parts.
During the two‑hour training:
The sessions will be led by Jakub Haładyn – founder and chief instructor of SELFFORCE, trainer for uniformed services and Master of Physiotherapy. In his work he combines knowledge of safety and operational practice with medical experience. He conducts training in a dynamic way, but with full respect for safety rules and participants' capabilities. The priority is the effectiveness of techniques and comfort during the sessions.
The classes have a workshop character – exercises will be safe and adapted to participants' capabilities. It is not about physical strength, but about awareness, reflex and readiness to act.
After the training part we invite you to a shared breakfast – time for conversation, integration and networking among Warsaw's mediators.
The meeting will be led by: Małgorzata Makowska – a licensed real estate mediator.
Location: WAWA KRAV MAGA, ul. Postępu 11, Warsaw
Time: 9:30
