    Imagine returning to your factory settings.



    Not fixing yourself.
    Not upgrading yourself.
    Not becoming the “best version.”



    Just resetting to the most basic, uncluttered state of being — before tension, habits, identities, and coping strategies moved in and never quite left.



    This workshop invites the conscious mind to step slightly aside and allow a quieter layer underneath to take the lead. A place where the body can release what it’s been holding and the system can recalibrate — without force, without substances, and without trying to have a spiritual experience. What happens from there is unpredictable (in a good way).



    Outcomes vary: some people sink into very deep stillness, some gain clarity, some notice emotional or physical tension loosening or blocked trauma releasing, some experience the unprecedented, and some simply fall asleep and wake up feeling oddly refreshed.



    There’s no goal to reach and nothing to “achieve.” You stay conscious, in control, and free to engage as much or as little as you like. Think less transcendence — more space and curiosity about what shows up when you stop doing and start being.

    • People who suspect that less effort might actually lead somewhere interesting


    • It’s winter — a season to do less and feel more, to turn inward and simplify.
    • Nervous systems are often fried; the world is slightly quieter and more honest.
    • Fewer distractions and more room to listen — a good moment to empty and refill the container.


    • 7:30 pm — Arrival & settling in (tea, water, gentle landing in the space)
    • 7:45 pm – 8:30 pm — Grounding yoga & embodied movement (slow, accessible practice to arrive in the body)
    • 8:30 pm – 9:00 pm — Introduction & framing (context, intention-setting, practical guidance)
    • 9:00 pm – midnight — Zero session (guided meditative experience; deep, non-forceful; participants may finish earlier or later)
    • During the session: a separate space with light food and warm drinks is available for those who complete the process earlier and wish to rest or ground.
    • 12:00 am – 1:00 am — Integration & closing (optional group reflection, questions, and gentle guidance for integration)


    • Joep Hamaker (NL): independent facilitator working at the intersection of embodied awareness and the subconscious, focusing on stillness, nervous-system regulation, and subtle energy. He developed an approach called the Zero-state to support internal freedom and harmonic states of awareness.
    • Monika Broz (PL/US): yoga teacher, artist, and owner of Joga Centrum; her teaching emphasizes breath, embodied presence, nervous-system awareness, safety, and sensitivity.

    • No prior experience with yoga or meditation is needed — curiosity is enough.
    • The workshop will be held in English.
    • This is not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional mental health care.
    • Participants should have a basic capacity for self-regulation, willingness to stay present with their own experience, and readiness to take responsibility for their own boundaries.
    • If you are in acute psychological distress or unsure whether this exploration is appropriate, consult your therapist or healthcare provider beforehand.
    • Participants on medication are welcome; each person is responsible for knowing their own limits and needs.
