Social Skills Training for children 📅 Participant age: 8–11 years 📍 Location: ul. Konfederacka 11 💰 Cost per session: 110 PLN 📅 Cycle: 8 sessions, every two weeks, Thursdays at 5:00 PM. Starting October 9th! Does your child have difficulty forming relationships, experience stress in new situations, or want to better navigate peer groups? Social Skills Training (SST) is a series of meetings where children learn how to cooperate, resolve conflicts, express emotions, and build self-esteem. These practical, supportive classes help young people tackle everyday challenges at school and beyond. During the training, children will: - develop communication and teamwork skills - learn to recognize and express emotions - practice assertiveness and coping with peer pressure - build confidence and a sense of agency - discover ways to resolve conflicts and respond to difficult situations The cycle includes 8 sessions, each lasting 60 minutes. Classes are held every two weeks, on Thursdays at 5:00 PM. We start on October 9th! The training is led by Anna Bąk – a certified SST trainer and specialist with years of experience working with children and youth. Joining the group is preceded by a consultation between the child, parent, and trainer – an important step to better understand the participant's needs and provide optimal support. Consultation cost: 120 PLN. The consultation date is arranged individually through contact with reception.
