Soft Skills Training is a series of 6 workshops during which you will develop your social competences, get to know yourself better, and expand your comfort zone. We learn through experience and reflection (Kolb's cycle), gradually building self-confidence, flexibility, and emotional intelligence. Soft skills are among the most valued competences today – both in the job market and in private life. Thanks to them, it is easier to build relationships, cooperate in a team, and adapt to new situations. During the training, we work in 6 key areas: - Cooperation & Learning – building trust and group work skills. - Flexibility & Spontaneity – responding to changes, initiative, quick decision-making. - Creativity – believing in your own ideas, innovative solutions, thinking outside the box. - Working with Emotions – awareness, expression, and acceptance of emotions. - Communication – active listening, having deeper conversations, expressing yourself while respecting others' boundaries. - Resilience & Motivation – dealing with mistakes, curiosity, perseverance, and courage in action. For over eight years, I have been designing and conducting trainings in facilitation, cooperation, creativity, and social inclusion. I combine psychological knowledge with experiential education methods and theatrical techniques, creating workshops that engage and inspire development. I have completed over 40 international projects and trainings for teachers, educators, and trainers, as well as projects such as Improdrama (using theatrical methods in education), Life Education Theatre (using LARPs in education), and Sew The Future (combining ecology, upcycling, sewing, and entrepreneurship to support youth and their initiatives). For a year, I have been running i.Eksploracje locally as a development space for adults, where through various workshops and courses, they can develop their competences in a friendly atmosphere with a large dose of fun. Because who said learning has to be boring?! As a trainer, I focus on creating a safe and supportive space where participants can develop at their own pace and discover their potential. I believe that the most important competences are born from curiosity, courage, and action – even when mistakes occur along the way, which we can learn from.
