Group therapy is a unique form of work where people with different experiences meet, but with a common need – to better understand themselves and improve the quality of their lives. It is a safe, confidential space where: - you will look at your difficulties from a new perspective, - you will learn through experience and interaction with others, - you will receive support and constructive feedback, - you will practice new ways of responding and communicating. The therapeutic group is like a laboratory of relationships – it allows you to notice your own behavior patterns in contact with others and to test new solutions in a safe atmosphere. For whom? Our group is intended for adults who want to: - build lasting and satisfying relationships, - improve communication skills, - face anxiety (phobia, panic or generalized anxiety), - better cope with mood disorders, chronic stress, or adaptation difficulties. Participation in therapy will be especially helpful for people after experiences of complex or post-traumatic trauma, as well as for those with the ACoA (Adult Children of Alcoholics) or ACA (Adult Children from Dysfunctional Families) syndrome. What does our support look like? ✨ Start: 1.10 🕒 Meetings: every 2 weeks, on Wednesdays, 17:00–20:00 🔟 Duration: 10 meetings (with the possibility of extension) 🔒 Group type: closed, participants commit to the entire cycle 👥 Number of places: maximum 12 people, minimum 8 people 💰 Cost: 250 PLN per meeting (3 hours) Qualification for the group Before the cycle begins, we invite you to an individual qualification interview with the therapist. This is not a test or interrogation – it is an opportunity to: - learn the rules of working in the group, - ask questions, - make sure this form of therapy is right for you.
