How to flow softly and freely in dance with life, allow yourself to be guided in achieving goals and fulfilling dreams, feel safe while letting go of control?
The secret is feeling, being in the body.
The dance will be interwoven with somatic practices on the mat, relaxation and meditations that lead awareness to the body and inner space.
We will begin by releasing tensions through rhythmic shaking movement and a meditation of full presence in the body. We will finish with a meditation and a dance of unity with your life.
