Toward dreams. Carnivalesque workshop of intuitive dance and conscious bodywork. 📅 29.01.2026 (Wednesday) ⏰ 19:00–21:30 📍 Centrum Szkoleniowe Neuro Projekt, ul. Kleszczowa 14A, Warsaw What will we do? In the workshop we will meet our sensing body, which speaks to us through movement. We will pay attention to how our emotions, thoughts and connection to the higher self want to express themselves through the body. No dance skills required! We base work on natural, authentic movement. The workshop will begin with a somatic warm-up in which we tune in to listening to what is moving inside us as the new year begins. We will check what we are carrying and what needs express themselves in movement in response to the facilitator's invitations to enter different movement qualities (according to the Laban Bartenieff Movement System). In a variety of movement experiences we will fill a New Year's resource box, which in the second part will support us in creating a PATH TOWARD DREAMS. We will also use intuitive writing and painting. In the guided movement meditation we will take a journey that will be an opportunity to embody our desires, to check what we want to open to more so that the path itself aligns with our deepest essence. Here, our awakening awareness will also be supported by specific qualities from the movement language. If you feel moved by the thought of traveling through such spaces—toward the inner world but also toward moving forward; deeply within yourself but also open to playful group interaction, and most importantly—in alignment with yourself—you're invited! We can consciously and fluidly send ourselves a path for 2026!
