Life is movement — a constant dance of energy. In the workshop we will experience ourselves in free dance through changing rhythms: fast and dynamic, flowing and sensual, gentle and fleeting.
The secret is feeling and being in the body. The dance will be interwoven with somatic practices on the mat, relaxation and meditations that bring awareness to the body and inner space.
