We do a shared warm-up, then individual work with a therapist in front of the group. Each participant will have a chance to use personal work according to their needs and the direction the process takes us. The group witnesses; if needed, it helps. The facilitator may invite volunteers to support the person working. Sometimes it’s necessary to hold, “give a back,” or stand in and play a role. In the training everyone is engaged the whole time, using each other’s processes. It can’t be otherwise when so much is happening! (unless you take a nap)
📅 We start at 10:00, March 15, 2026 (Sunday). We work as long as needed so everyone can complete their experience. There will of course be a lunch break during the day. Experience with Lowen-style group work is required.
