THE CIRCLE HAS STRUCTURE AND RULES — we continually refine them to make it as effective as possible. There is no mysticism, esotericism or pop-psychology in the circle. We focus on pure contact, concreteness, experience, training and experimenting.

We meet regularly — this is a chance for something in your life to really change. Every change is a process and requires time.

Facilitator:

Robert Springer — trainer and coach specializing in relationships and communication, NVC practitioner; runs workshops and men's circles, using among others IFS, NVC, internal dialogue techniques, mindfulness, guided meditations, playfight, authentic movement, improvisation and intuitive dance.
