The main theme of the circle “Masculinity and Sexuality — Without Shame” is an invitation to meet the part of masculinity that is rarely spoken about openly—without pressure, judgment or masks.
Each circle begins with what is alive and important for you in this moment — this can become the axis of the whole meeting.
This is a safe, facilitated space where you can see your sexuality as a source of life, power and closeness — not shame or tension.
For many men this experience brings relief, deep understanding and a new quality of contact with themselves.
The Men's Circle is a moving, transforming meeting that many men call one of the most important moments on their path.

METHODOLOGY:
I lead the Men's Circle in a unique way — it is a space where we not only talk but work with movement, energy, breath, touch and presence. I facilitate the circle with an original transformational methodology through which I guide participants from their challenges and problems, turning them into strength. It is an experience that stays in the body and heart, transforms, frees, develops and builds male tribal belonging.
