On Polna we return to what is both simplest and rarest — being together in true presence. We create a space where the feminine and the masculine can meet without roles or masks. Here different perspectives begin to be heard, and what was separate slowly finds a shared rhythm.

The Mixed Circle is an invitation to the simplicity of being. We sit together to hear what is true. That which is usually covered by duties, expectations, and tension.

In the Circle we look at this:

• how we take our place, how we are in relationship, what happens inside us when we truly meet another person.
• We give ourselves time to see our pieces, inner figures, and repeating patterns.

In the safe Common Field we learn a presence that does not judge or compare. A presence that regulates, orders, and heals through simply being.

Since we combined our experiences, the Circles on Polna have become a meeting of two qualities: feminine softness and tenderness and masculine clarity and agency.
