Sit with us beyond the hurry of the world, in a place where you can simply be.

At Polna we return to what is both simplest and rarest — being together in genuine presence. We create a space where the feminine and the masculine can meet without roles and masks. Here different perspectives begin to be heard, and what was separate slowly finds a common rhythm.

The Mixed Circle is an invitation to the simplicity of being. We sit together to hear what is true — what is usually covered by duties, expectations and tension.

In the Circle we look at this:

• how we take our place,
• how we are in relation,
• what happens inside us when we truly meet another person.

We give ourselves time to see our pieces, inner figures and recurring patterns.

In the safe Shared Field we learn a presence that does not judge or compare. A presence that regulates, orders and heals by simply being.

Holding the space:

• Ania — psychotherapist and personal development trainer; for two decades she has been creating places of transformation and seeing what is deep.
• Kuba — psychotherapist, creator of Osoberacja; he leads Men’s Circles and workshops born from authenticity and brotherhood.

Since we combined our experiences, the Circles at Polna have become a meeting of two qualities: feminine softness and tenderness and masculine clarity and agency.
