Teacher Training Course Keksel with Chaphur Rinpoche in Warsaw We warmly invite you to a unique live event in Warsaw with Chaphur Rinpoche – the Keksel Teacher Training Course, which will take place from March 6–8, 2026. This is an extraordinary opportunity to deepen your practice under the direct guidance of Rinpoche and receive the transmission to teach the Keksel practice – a profound method of working with channels, winds, and tigle. About the Keksel Practice “Keksel” is a general Tibetan term referring to practices related to subtle energy channels (tsa), winds (lung), and energy drops (tigle). By working with these three aspects, practitioners can directly experience the enlightened body, speech, and mind. At the same time, Keksel also has numerous health benefits, as it harmonizes the flow of energy in the body and balances its elements. According to Tibetan medical tradition, the body and consciousness are composed of five elements: earth, water, fire, wind, and space. They manifest in our organism through the interconnections between body, blood, heat, breath, and consciousness. The five elements are linked to five organs — liver, kidneys, spleen, lungs, and heart — which in turn are connected to five negative emotions: attachment, jealousy, ignorance, pride, and anger. The Keksel practice enables the transformation of these emotions into five wisdoms: - the wisdom of emptiness - mirror-like wisdom - the wisdom of equality - the wisdom of discriminating awareness - the wisdom of perfect action The transformation of the “five poisons” into the “five wisdoms” is the essence of the spiritual path. Keksel offers effective methods leading to this transformation, and at the same time – by harmonizing the elements in the body – supports the physical and emotional health of the practitioner. Lineage and Scope of Teachings Both tsa lung and trülkhor practices originating from tantra and dzogchen belong to the category of Keksel. During this three-day course, Chaphur Rinpoche will introduce participants to movements, visualizations, and mantra recitations from both of these paths, combining them into a coherent, practical whole. As Rinpoche explains: “In ancient times, Bon practitioners who emphasized the Keksel practice lived long, healthy lives and achieved lasting peace through the realization of the nature of mind. Nowadays, especially in the West, life is fast and intellectual, which causes a separation between body and mind, leading to emotional and physical disorders and difficulties in relationships. I believe that the Keksel teachings can effectively address these challenges. My wish is to extract the essence of these teachings and combine them into a system best suited to the modern mind.” Purpose of the Teacher Training Course The Keksel teacher training course is intended for those who wish to deepen their understanding and practice of working with the energies of body and mind, as well as prepare to transmit this knowledge to others. The classes will include theoretical teachings, movement practice, breathwork, and mantra. Participants will gain a solid foundation for further, independent deepening of the Keksel practice and, after meeting the requirements, the possibility to teach it according to Chaphur Rinpoche’s instructions. ✨ Schedule: March 6-8 🕒 10:00 – 11:15 – teachings 11:45 – 13:00 – teachings 15:00 – 16:30 – teachings 📍 The teachings will take place live in Warsaw: ul.
